Mr. Alfonso is the founding attorney of Title Answers, a Law Firm. Mr. Alfonso’s client base ranges from local individuals to large institutional investors, private equity groups and foreign investors. Having conducted tens of thousands of title searches through his career and conducted thousands of closings, Mr. Alfonso is able to advise clients with regards to all aspects of a real estate transaction.
Most notably, Mr. Alfonso has been extremely active in representing investors purchasing at online foreclosure auctions. Since foreclosure auctions went online in 2010, Mr. Alfonso has represented investors on acquisitions all throughout Florida on over 1,500 online Clerk of Court acquisitions worth over $200 million dollars. Mr. Alfonso’s practice areas include advising clients with regards to:

Jonathan J. Alfonso began his legal career while at college at the University of Florida. Mr. Alfonso spent summers as a summer law clerk at the law firm of Alvarez, Armas and Borron, P.A., a boutique law firm located in Coral Gables, Florida. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Alfonso worked directly with the firms three partners litigating high profile matters. He then went on to work as the managing attorney of a real estate litigation firm.
Mr. Alfonso is a native of Miami and attended Belen Jesuit High School. He went on to attend
the University of Florida where he received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a masters degree of accounting with a concentration in tax law. Mr. Alfonso attended Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association and served as president his second and third year. Mr. Alfonso clerked one semester for the Honorable Judge Sylvester in the Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Alfonso is an active member in the Community. Mr. Alfonso is member of the American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, Cuban American Bar Association and is a United Way of Miami-Dade Young Leader.
