ADRIAN FOLEY, ESQ.

Adrian Foley joined the Title Answers team as a Transactions Attorney in 2020. Adrian has served clients in real estate, special education, and small business matters.  His prior experience includes real estate closings for new South Florida residential development projects including Marina Palms, Downtown Doral, Hyde Beach, The Bond, and My Brickell. 

 

    Adrian Foley has lived all over the world—Taiwan, the Philippines, Argentina, New York, California, and has now rooted his professional life in South Florida.  Adrian, who is bilingual in English and Spanish, is able to combine this global perspective with his legal skills in supporting clients in residential, commercial, and investment property transactions.

     With an approach built on professionalism, service, and technology, Adrian is a committed counselor to buyers and sellers, equally giving his all towards the purchase of a first home, the sale of a long-time family home, the acquisition of a second home, or on the commercial side of the transaction.

     Adrian moved to Miami in 2000 and attended Palmer Trinity School. He received a B.A in History and Spanish from the College of the Holy Cross.  He went to Santa Clara University Law School.
